Apprenticeships Queensland has a busy host in the Wacol area who's looking for a Fitting Apprentice.

THIS IS A JUNIOR POSITION

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and keen to get a hands-on start to their trade career. You will receive both on the job training and TAFE based training and receive mentoring from other trade qualified experts who also enjoy being ‘on the tools’ in a busy workshop environment.

The successful applicant will possess:

• Certificate 2 in Engineering with some work experience an advantage
• A safe work ethic
• Genuine interest in their trade
• Willingness to learn
• Flexible can-do attitude
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to be a team player
• Own transportation
